Personnel Logistics Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings, reference checks and background checks as needed
  • Assist with the overall interview, selection, and onboarding processes 
  • Maintaining digital employee records
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, HR events and maintaining agendas
  • Assist with physical logistics – milestone tokens, NIS, GRA, immigration (employment visa, landing permits and work permits)
  • Coordinate travel logistics for business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within HR or a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes and travel regulations
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
