Achieves ISO Certification in three key standards
Omega 365 Denmark has been certified in three international ISO standards: ISO 27001 for information security management, ISO 9001 for quality management, and ISO 14001 for environmental management. This certification marks an important milestone in the company’s development and confirms that its systems and routines meet recognized standards for quality, security, and sustainability.

The certification was carried out as part of this year’s re-certification process, which included ten companies within the Omega 365 Group. In this round, Omega 365 Denmark was formally added to the certification scope. Auditors from Kiwa AS assessed compliance through document reviews, interviews, and both in-person and virtual meetings.
With this, Omega 365 Denmark joins the list of ISO-certified companies in the group, alongside Omega AS, Omega 365 Core, Omega 365 Lithuania, Omega 365 USA, Omega 365 Canada, Omega 365 Consulting, Omega 365 Solutions, Omega 365 Design, and Omega 365 Protek.
“Thanks to solid preparation from the QA team and great collaboration both internally and across departments within Omega 365, we’ve accomplished a lot in a short time. Receiving certification at this stage is a strong motivator for the work ahead,” says Lisa Stenbro Hanssen, Client Success Manager for Omega 365 Denmark, who led the company through the audit process.
The certification demonstrates that Omega 365 Denmark works systematically and professionally in these areas, meeting internationally recognized standards for management and continuous improvement.
“The ISO standards provide a shared language, internally and with our clients. They set clear expectations for ongoing improvement while also highlighting the strengths we already have,” adds Stenbro Hanssen.

The certification process was marked by strong teamwork across Omega 365’s locations, building on routines and experiences already well established within the group. The audit placed particular focus on how systems are used in practice, and how they are maintained and kept relevant in day-to-day operations.
“The audit once again confirmed the quality of the work being done here, both throughout the year and during the audit itself. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed, whether by keeping Omega running smoothly or by presenting their processes to the auditors,” says HSEQ Manager Karina Hovden Stava.
“ISO certification is important for both Omega 365 and our clients. Some clients already require it, and it will only become more relevant going forward. We look forward to continued collaboration around the process, which will strengthen our foundation for ongoing learning and improvement,” says Bjarne Topp Haugland, who will assume the role of General Manager for Omega 365 Denmark in early July.
Ståle Håheim, transitioning out of his role as General Manager in Denmark while continuing within Omega 365, expressed his appreciation for the efforts behind the certification.
“I’m impressed by the Denmark team and the work they’ve done. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Lisa and Bjarne for driving the process forward in such a professional and commendable way.”
