Hiring Project Consultant Managers in Stavanger

Omega 365 Consulting is expanding in the Stavanger region and General Manager, Anders Lunde, is looking to hire two Project Consultant Managers early next year. With Covid behind them, new clients coming onboard, and renewed contracts with existing and valued customers, Omega 365 Consulting is expanding in the Stavanger region and looking to hire two Project Consultant Managers early next year.

Having reached a team of 800 employees and consultants in Omega 365 Consulting, General Manager, Anders Lunde, recognizes that they are now in a period of stability and growth.

“We are experiencing high client confidence, with renewed contracts and new opportunities. Recently we signed a new contract with OMV and extended our cooperation with Shell,” Lunde points out and emphasizes that there is also an increase in client contracts in emerging sectors.

New opportunities require new staff in-house to ensure client and consultant service is constantly improved, and Lunde suggests that the ideal candidates for these positions are enthusiastic about exactly that.  

“The right candidates understand our clients’ needs and are motivated and solution oriented in identifying the right resources for client opportunities. Our Project Consultant Managers are responsible for both clients and the personnel in their departments, making these unique and exciting opportunity for the right people,” Lunde suggests.

Omega 365 Consulting currently has 20 Project Consultant Managers who service 800 consultants, as well as a growing list of clients within oil and gas, construction, renewables and more. Two of these managers are located at our Stavanger office at Forus, Norway, the remainder of the teamwork from Oslo, Bergen, and Omega 365 HQ in Ølensvåg.

One of the positions in question will have an additional focus on international consultant assignments, especially within Asia.

“Omega has a long history of supporting our consultants on international assignments and we see the need for extra support in Asia. We are looking for a person that is keen to look after our consultants and clients in Thailand, Singapore, China, and Korea, and that will say that they will need to be interested in and available to travel to this region,” explains Lunde.
