Mid-year gatherings at Omega 365

As the summer holidays approach in many parts of the world, some teams at Omega 365 have been taking the opportunity to round off the first half of the year with a mix of department meetings and well-deserved social gatherings.

BBQs, lunches, and after-work gatherings have brought Omega 365 teams together for mid-year events, including our team in Australia, where the winter season is now underway.

Before colleagues start logging off for some time away, many teams have taken the chance to wrap up ongoing work, share updates, and catch up with each other. It is a good way to reflect on what has been achieved, discuss what is ahead, and enjoy some relaxed time together outside the daily tasks. And while projects are always moving forward, it is just as important to pause and reconnect. These small moments, such as a chat over lunch or a laugh during a quiz, help keep the team spirit strong.
