Omega 365 hosted Apprentice Day in Ølensvåg

Previously held in 2022, the event provided Omega 365 apprentices with an opportunity to learn, connect, and explore their potential future careers. Apprentices from Ølensvåg, Stavanger, Kristiansund, Tønsberg, and Haugesund, specializing in fields such as system development, design, and IT, participated in the event. The program included an introduction to Omega 365’s history, values, and future plans, along with sessions on practical topics such as workplace regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) routines. Representatives from various Omega 365 companies shared insights about their focus areas, highlighting career paths and the company’s wide-ranging operations.

The day concluded with a social gathering at Lucky Bowl in Haugesund, where participants enjoyed bowling and pizza.

“Hearing about the company’s history, how it began, where it is today, and how it has evolved has been very interesting. It’s inspiring to see that many people have worked here at Omega 365 for 20 to 30 years and still approach their work with a smile,” says Jonas Sandsgård, Media Designer Apprentice at Omega 365 Design in Ølensvåg.
