Assignment Description

• The overall performance of engineering discipline activities and deliveries in the project, such as:
• Design development and detail engineering
• LCI deliverables Discipline interface co-ordination with subcontractors, other contractors and Client

Qualifications Required

• Do you have Master or bachelor’s degree or higher technical education
  
  
• Discipline engineering methods & tools
• Discipline engineering processes and activities in relevant execution phases
• Relevant design rules and standards
• Requirements to interface with other disciplines and parties
• Best practice relevant for the area of responsibility 
• Adequate knowledge of organisation principles related to:

How to describe an organisation:

• Org. charts w/command & reporting lines
• Role descriptions w/area of responsibility and main task

How to operate in an organisation:

• Communication
• Decision processes
• Team building Knowledge of Quality management principles
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
