Assignment Description

Purpose: This role will manage project systems interfaces in our Project Excellence function
Core duties:
• Ensure alignment to the clients BMS regarding processes and requirements, within the scope of project systems.
• Verify adherence (“Like ting Likt”) across projects; develop “best practice.”
• Coordinate, solve and implement improvements within system data interfaces and data requirements.
• Drive “new ways of working” and develop cross functional data interface communities.
• Stakeholder management towards processes and systems related to data interfaces
• Manage impact of data interface changes related to multiple systems & processes including stakeholder management
• Responsible for Cross Functional Project Data Requirements
• Coordinate & Manage complex Project Data Integrations
• Take lead in system data interface communities to ensure the client follows industry best practices.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
• Higher education. Practical relevant experience and knowledge may replace formal education.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with project management systems either at Operators or seconded to an Operator.
• Extensive experience in establishing systems and processes for project management & execution.
• Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry
Skills / Abilities / Knowledge:
• Knowledge of project system digital interfaces
• Knowledge of Project Management & Execution framework terminology
• Knowledge of E&P company’s value chain
• Knowledge of all core processes within Project Execution, especially completion management, document management, life-cycle information and quality.
• Excellent knowledge of project management systems, preferably Pims
• General knowledge of operational systems, preferably SAP, Aveva, Synergi and Ecosys
• Super user experience in Office 365 products and especially Teams and Sharepoint
Certifications or languages:
• Fluent in Norwegian language, written and spoken
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Strong collaboration skills and team player attitude
• Proactive, takes initiative, drives work forward
