Computer & Order Processing Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.

  • Verify stock availability in the system before confirming orders.

  • Prepare order requests and documentation for bonded warehouse dispatch.

  • Maintain and update inventory records using QuickBooks.

  • Track incoming and outgoing stock and report discrepancies.

  • Maintain daily records of sales transactions.

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

  • Organize and maintain records of orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.

  • Assist with sales and inventory reports as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements:

  • CXC Diploma/Equivalent secondary Education.

  • Strong computer and data entry skills.

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks (inventory and invoicing).

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Honest and trustworthy.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Prior experience in order processing, inventory management, or accounting/administrative support is an asset.
