Talent Acquisition Analyst
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of effective recruitment to hire the best job fit in line with the company's values and goals.
Monitor new recruitment requests for external hiring utilizing company tool(s).
Conduct profile alignment with hiring managers and define with them the best recruitment strategy to meet demand by structuring a consistent recruitment and selection process
Prepare job vacancy descriptions and job postings attractively with Employer Branding in mind, and in accordance with the company's compliance and communications policies
Provide feedback to hiring managers, candidates and People Business Partner(s) on the progress of the selection process, and involve all stakeholders.
When necessary, apply technical and behavioural tests, ensuring the adherence of new employees to the technical and behavioural needs required by the company.
Keep all process information updated in the recruitment system by monitoring and controlling the processes. Feed the recruitment system with CVs and information on the progress of processes to ensure data integrity
Develop and propose recruitment and selection process/control improvements by identifying best market practices. Conduct interviews, screen resumes, call for candidates and prepare salary proposals with the help of BP and Total Rewards.
Guarantee the proper documentation and timely submission to People Services to ensure the onboarding process is seamless.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline with a great interest in HR
Any course or specialization in people analytics will be considered as a differential factor.
Experience with pre-onboard process, proposal and contract negotiation.
Experience in work visa applications using EPOL
3 years of experience in HR - Junior level
Experience with ATS system and international recruitment
Experience recruiting technical vacancies and engineer roles
Good English Language proficiency
Leadership, planning and results-oriented skills.
