Assignment Description

• Bestilling, koordinering, oppfølging og booking av personell som skal med helikopter Offshore

• Samarbeide med prosjektene for å sikre optimal mobilisering (delta i ukentlige møter)

• Følge opp i selskapets systemer (AST/SAP) samt DaWinci

• Sikre at personell har rett kurs/sertifikater før utreise, registrering i SAP

• Melde på obligatoriske kurs

Qualifications

• Required Education:

• Min. 3-årig videregående

• Required Work Experience:

• Ønskelig med erfaring fra lignende arbeidsoppgaver

• Må ha erfaring fra DaWinci

• Ønskelig med erfaring fra SAP

• Required Qualifications:

• Kunne jobbe selvstendig

• Gode samarbeidsevner

• Nøyaktig og strukturert

• Fleksibel da det er mye endringer i perioder på booking av helikopter/utreise

• Må kunne snakke og skrive flytende norsk

• Required Certificates:

• Må ha gjennomført Dawinci Kurs før oppstart
