Where BIM Meets Work

The BIM model in Omega 365 is linked to the same tags as documents, work packages, punch items and asset data, so teams can see both the asset and the work connected to it.

Click an object, see the work - Documents, completion status, open punch items and planned work orders for the object you are looking at.

Live data in the model - Sensor and operational data such as temperature, occupancy and vibration shown on the object, so the model stays useful after handover.

One model from design to operations - The same objects carry through engineering, construction, completion and into maintenance.

See Your Asset, Your Way

Engineers, operators and field personnel do not all work from the same view. Omega 365 lets each user move between the 3D model and the 2D drawings of the same object, with the same tags and the same data behind both.

Open a P&ID, click a valve, and see it in the model. Or start in the model and go to the drawing, the documents and the punch list for what you are looking at.

DWG, NWD and IFC are supported, along with the open standards IDS and BCF. Your model data stays yours, in formats you can take with you.

Benefits

Connected Asset and Maintenance Information

Keep asset structure, documents, work activities, checklists and maintenance information connected in one platform. This gives operations teams a clearer view of the asset and the work linked to it.

Controlled Maintenance and Modification Work

Plan and follow up maintenance work, inspections, audits, permits and modification projects through structured workflows. Teams can manage work while keeping asset information updated.

Better Field Execution and Follow-up

Give field teams access to assigned work, checklists and supporting information where the work is performed. Updates from the field become part of the maintenance record and can be followed up by the wider team.

BIM-linked Operations View

Use BIM and asset data together to understand work, status and related information visually. Teams can connect model objects with documents, checklists, activities and maintenance follow-up.
