Omega 365's Advantage Team Event took place from September 1st to 3rd, bringing together a group of 19 colleagues for a cycling adventure through the charming landscapes of Oxfordshire and the Cotswold countryside. The program aimed to foster teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues as they explored the picturesque region together. The event centered around a cycling tour, allowing participants to experience the beauty of the English countryside in a unique way.

During this event, the group was accommodated at The Manor House Hotel, which is nestled within the historic market town of Moreton-in-Marsh. This served as a comfortable and welcoming base for their exploration, offering a place to relax after a day of cycling and discovery.

The trip kicked off with a gentle bike ride on the first day, providing everyone with an opportunity to get acquainted with the surroundings. Quiet roads and serene landscapes set the tone for the upcoming days. The second day's cycling adventure was more extensive, offering the team a chance to delve deeper into the charming countryside that defines the region.

A distinctive feature of the Advantage Team Event was its focus on immersing participants in local culture and architecture. The carefully planned itinerary included stops at landmarks and activities that are often bypassed by typical tourists. This allowed the group to gain insights into the area's history and heritage, from visits to Chastleton House to experiences at the Hook Norton Brewery.

As daylight faded, evenings brought a chance for relaxation. Dinners and shared stories at The Manor House Hotel provided an opportunity for colleagues to bond.

The final day of the event included a visit to Burford, a picturesque town that marked the conclusion of the journey.
