A weekend exploring Hardanger

During the last weekend of August, Omega 365 arranged an Advantage teambuilding to Jondal, a cozy village on the eastern edge of the Hardangerfjord in Norway's Vestland county.

Between the 25th and 27th, a group of twelve from the Omega 365 team stayed at the Hardanger House in Jondal, which served as the perfect location for their planned activities. The weekend offered a nice balance of relaxation, enjoying good food, and venturing into various outdoor activities. They had the opportunity to explore the local area, with its various hiking trails and the chance for glacier hiking at Folgefonna. The glacier hike became a highlight of the Saturday expedition; a guided 5–6-hour journey accompanied by moments of calm weather and unexpected rain showers. In the evenings, they gathered for dinner at the hotel. 

The Jondal trip, provided a wonderful chance for bonding. It allowed colleagues to share adventures and gave both new and experienced team members from different work locations a chance to connect.
