Launching new incident management solution

We are currently launching a new solution for the reporting and evaluating of unwanted incidents in Omega 365. The goal is to make it easier for all employees to report incidents large or small.

“All employees can use this tool to report incidents or accidents, as well as near misses, which may occur in-house or at a client’s location. By reporting incidents, we hope to increase awareness regarding actual and potential threats,” says Linda Andersen Matre, who has been involved in developing the Incident Management solution.

“We then have the opportunity to identify why incidents happen, find corrective measures, and better optimize our routines and procedures,” she explains. 

Andersen Matre believes it is important that all employees file a report if an incident occurs, even if they consider it to be small.

“This allows us to reduce or avoid similar situations in the future. We hope everyone will report incidents or near misses, and in doing so contribute to a safer work environment,” she says.

Omega 365’s HSEQ Manager, Karina Hovden Stava, is excited about the new solution.

To report an incident, open the menu in omega.omega365.com and select “New incident”.
