A team from Omega 365 Singapore embarked on an Advantage teambuilding to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

“Our recent Advantage teambuilding trip to Ho Chi Minh City was a vibrant tapestry of shared experiences, newfound friendships, and laughter that echoed through the colorful streets of this dynamic city,” shared Department Manager at Omega 365 Singapore Liza Padua de Guzman.

From 20 to 22 October, a team from Omega 365 Singapore embarked on an Advantage teambuilding, heading to Ho Chi Minh City, the bustling economic, cultural, and historical heart of Vietnam.

“Our team members had the opportunity to experience numerous activities, which were not just about exploring the sights but also about discovering the incredible synergy within the team. These activities included navigating bustling markets, savoring exquisite flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, and exploring labyrinthine canals. The trip allowed us to celebrate our shared camaraderie and strengthened our bonds as Omega team members,” said Liza.

Their journey began in Ho Chi Minh City, where they explored its rich culture and history. They visited famous landmarks like the Reunification Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the General Post Office, where team members learned about Vietnam's past. At the bustling local market, the group tried various Vietnamese dishes, immersing themselves in the country's culinary delights. As the sun set, they explored the streets, guided by the delightful smells of street food.

On the second day, the group ventured into the countryside, a stark contrast to the bustling cityscape. Team members traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to My Tho, a charming town surrounded by orchards and rice fields. There, they went on a leisurely boat tour along the meandering Mekong Delta River, offering a panorama of verdant landscapes adorned with charming villages and ancient temples. While navigating the labyrinthine canals, they discovered the essence of rural Vietnam. The next day, the team hopped on a small boat and glided through the natural canals of Ben Tre province. They also took a short walk through a coconut farm and visited a typical Mekong Delta house.

On the team’s final night in Ho Chi Minh City, they boarded the Princess Saigon Cruise ship and embarked on a two-hour culinary odyssey along scenic waterways, providing the perfect backdrop for an exquisite dining experience.

“We departed the next day with souvenirs, great memories and newfound friendships,” concluded Liza.
