Annecy Marathon
The Marathon du Lac Annecy has been named one of France’s best running events. Imagine running in the sunrise along France’s cleanest lake, which is surrounded by snow-capped Alpine mountains.
A group from Omega 365 joined our Advantage teambuilding to Annecy, a charming town close to Geneva, 14 - 16 April 2023
Our sportiest colleagues ran various distances as part of the Annecy Marathon, and there was still time to explore the old town, shop, and enjoy team dinners with post-run appetites.
The Marathon du Lac Annecy has been named one of France’s best running events. It is not difficult to understand. Imagine running in the sunrise along France’s cleanest lake, which is surrounded by snow-capped Alpine mountains. You can sign up for a marathon, half marathon, duo-marathon, 10km or 10km Nordic Walk Sunday!
Annecy is a charming town located just over half an hour’s drive from Geneva. The city is called the “Venice of the Alps” because of all the canals that run through the city.
On Saturday we can relax by strolling around town and having something good to drink and eat. We would recommend joining a guided tour to the old part of Annecy. It is also possible to sign up for a wine tasting at Cave Filaterie.
