Experiencing Svalbard is truly fascinating – all year round!
During the winter, there is complete darkness for several months, making it impossible to distinguish between day and night. In contrast, the summer brings constant daylight, creating a unique atmosphere.
Svalbard's "polar summer" spans from mid-May to the end of September. During this season, plant life begins to flourish, showcasing an array of beautiful flowers, mosses, and shrubs that can't be found anywhere else. Additionally, the region is rich in fossils and features a variety of exciting hiking trails.

FRIDAY:
Departure: We will meet and depart for the destination. Participants will receive more detailed information about the program for the weekend.
Information from Omega 365: Throughout the day, there will be a professional gathering where participants can get an overview of industry insights with presentations on the latest news and developments at Omega 365.
Group dinner: We gather for dinner and will have ample opportunity to get to know our colleagues better, share ideas, and strengthen cooperation between companies and team members.
SATURDAY:
Group activity: We spend the day on exciting group activities that foster learning and networking between participants.
Group dinner: We gather for dinner that allows for relaxation and socializing.
SUNDAY:
Return home: We meet up and prepare for our return home.
