    Holidays 2006…Japan if I can afford it. I want to visit a friend that works there.
    Best holiday…Backpacking in Australia. Climate, people, beaches made the trip unforgettable. Plus you get to meet lots of new people backpacking.
    Dream destinations…That is difficult. There's so many places that I would like to visit for the first time or again. Sailing trip in the Caribbean maybe.
    Perfect holiday ingredients…2-6 months holiday with lots of money, around the world ticket and a group of friends travelling.
    Best travel tip…Stay away from charter trips! You experience the country in a completely different way when you travel in a group.

    Holidays 2006…Sailing vaction in Norway because Norway is best during summer. Norway has the worlds best archipelagos.
    Best holiday…Wedding trip to Thailand. Because Thai people are so nice, and because I was just married.
    Dream destinations…Norway. Nothing can beat the motherland during summer
    ...and when the spring sun shone on the hills, he was drawn towards his beach at home.
    Perfect holiday ingredients…Nature, nice people, sea.
    Best travel tip…One does not have to travel far to find happiness, it is often closer than one thinks.

    		  



    Aud Oddny Tvinnereim, Ølensvåg - Norway


    Holidays 2006…Spending a week at the Omega apartment, Gran Canaria. Then a week trip with the kids - Hunderfall fall amusement park (next to Lillehammer). If the weather is good, we will go on a bike trip for a few days to Rosendal.
    Best holiday…I was 18 and went by myself to the Faroe Islands (impulse - I was bored). I was impressed by the hospitality. They opened their homes and showed care and interest in showing me the islands.
    Dream destinations…China. I always wanted to walk on the great Chinese wall.
    Perfect holiday ingredients…Activities, fine weather, new people (see how they live), culture, history, no problems.
    Best travel tip…Norway - small town living in Sogndalstrand; Europe: North England (we did it by bike). 

    		  



    Håvard Matre, Oslo - Norway


    Holidays 2006    …I have two plans this year: 1) Travel to my parent's house in northern Italy in June together with my girlfriend and some friends. 2) Spending time in the fjords in my boat (hope for a lot of warm days).
    Best holiday…Best holiday ever was my one-and-a-half month trip around the world. Especially the two weeks "down under".
    Dream destinations…Cambodia (ankor Wat) and South-America.
    Perfect holiday ingredients…Sun, fun, friends and cold beverages.
    Best travel tip…Cool it down and don't plan too much.

    Holidays 2006…Three-week honeymoon in Mauritius and the Seychelles - beaches, sunshine, cultural mix and the potential to rediscover the Dodo! On top of that a week showing the "out of town" wedding guests a little bit of Norway.
    Best holiday…Two weeks on safari in Kenya and Tanzania, followed by two weeks on Zanzibar. Sleeping out in the Serengeti and fresh mango juice!
    Dream destinations…Mexico to Chile, Pacific Islands, Svalbard, many spots in West Africa that I hope will be peaceful enough to visit in my lifetime.
    Perfect holiday ingredients…Culture, friendly folk, anything breathtaking, not too many tourists, new flavours.
    Best travel tip…Pack your bags then take out what you've packed and halve it!

    Holidays 2006…I am going to Oklahoma City to see my family.
    Best holiday…The Miami Winter Music Conference has a combination of great weather, fun people and awesome music.
    Dream destinations…Someday I plan to go to Rio.
    Perfect holiday ingredients…The most important ingredient is the blank space in the recipe that you fill spontaneously with something on hand in the pantry.
    Best travel tip…Remember to pack your mobile phone charger.
