Advantage teambuilding in Dresden

Last weekend, team members from Omega 365 enjoyed an Advantage teambuilding trip to Dresden, Germany, cycling along the scenic Elberadweg, Germany's most popular cycling route.

The trip began with a flight from Oslo to Berlin, followed by a transfer to the historic town of Meissen. After lunch, the group embarked on a leisurely bike ride towards Dresden, taking in the scenic vineyards and landscapes along the Saxon Wine Route. 

The participants stayed at Hotel Martha in Dresden, where they kicked off the evening with a group dinner, discussing the latest developments in Omega 365 and sharing professional insights. 

The next day, they cycled to Pirna and Kurort Rathen, with a stop for lunch and a visit to the Bastei rock formation, known for its panoramic views over the Elbe Valley. The return trip to Dresden was by S-Bahn, the local train, concluding with another delightful dinner, allowing for relaxation and conversations among colleagues.

On Sunday, the group explored Dresden's cultural landmarks on a guided walking tour before their return flight from Berlin to Oslo.
