Meeting future candidates at career fairs

Omega 365 employees have been present at career fairs in both Bergen and Tysvær, seeking to connect with potential future candidates.

During Springbrettet, the largest interdisciplinary career fair in Western Norway, colleagues from Omega 365 Areal, Omega 365 Solutions, and Omega 365 Consultants engaged with students from various colleges and universities. 

“In a year or two, these students will have garnered enough experience to potentially become ideal candidates for positions within our company. They also have networks where they can share information and generate interest about Omega. We view participation in the fair as an investment towards future results,” says Rita Arntsen, Project Consultants Manager at Omega 365 Consulting in Bergen.

At the Yrkesmessen Haugesundregionen, Omega 365 Solutions aims to connect with and inform high school students about the opportunities available at Omega 365 Solutions. The event provides an excellent platform for engaging with future students. 

 “There has been a very good response this year. There has also been an increase in young girls who seem to have found their way into the IT world, which is very positive,” says Vidar Nordnes, Department Manager in Omega 365 Solutions in Haugesund.
