Omega 365 USA wins top workplace award
Omega 365 USA recently secured one of Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces awards. Øyvind Vik, President of Omega 365 USA, states that “During a time where people are quitting their jobs in record numbers, it should become more evident to more companies that focusing on your employees' happiness is vital to your company's success”.

It was Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces that awarded Omega 365 USA a place on their Top Workplaces awards list in 2021. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
