Unforgettable teambuilding trip to Montenegro

As part of Omega 365’s Advantage program, team members embarked on a teambuilding adventure in Montenegro, exploring its picturesque medieval towns along the Adriatic Sea.

From 20 to 22 October, 130 of our team members visited the charming towns and sites in the South-Eastern European country of Montenegro. This relatively young country boasts a rich cultural history that our team members had the opportunity to explore.

Chartering a flight from Norway to the capital Podgorica, the group proceeded directly to a vineyard near the airport. After tasting Montenegrin wine and enjoying delicious local cuisine, they made their way to the charming town of Budva, which served as their home base.

On Saturday, the group visited the UNESCO World Heritage town of Kotor and explored the picturesque old town situated on the Bay of Kotor, surrounded by cliffs. 

Back in Budva in the evening, team members witnessed heavy rainfall inundating the streets, which lead them to wade to the restaurant to savor local cuisine. This unexpected adventure made their experience truly unforgettable. They were highly satisfied with the hosts, who created and adjusted a fantastic program.
