It should be easy for anyone to participate. That is why Risk Management is a web-based application which works on both desktop and mobile devices.
Risks are handled at the source, which means each natural team may focus on risks relevant for their area. The risks will be visible for the whole domain (project or organization), but may also become part of “Top Ten Risks”, and get the attention needed at a higher level. In that way the tool supports a “Bottom up approach”.

The tool will help prioritize and communicate risks. Further on the mitigation actions with tracking and full traceability of historical development of any risk.

Communicate risks and "Lift" functionality
The Risk-solution enables communication of risks across the organization, per risk, with the possibility for automation based on risk categorizations or the breakdown structure. Risk has a design that supports workshops and collaboration, as well as working individually on a desktop.
Access, ownership and responsibilities
The Risk-solution assigns risks to owners and actions to the responsible person. Your own ownership and responsibilities can easily be found within the application, you can also set the system up to automatically provide notifications if dates are overdue.
Configurable
A philosophy behind the tool is that it must be configurable enough to brilliantly support project-, operational- and enterprise risks. This means that Risk Management can be configured to fit the variety of needs within any organization.

A visualization of the development of Risks assements from any given time until current assessments.
