Advantage teambuilding brings colleagues together in Ghent
Shared experiences beyond the office are a valued tradition at Omega 365, strengthening both collaboration and connection across teams. Recently, colleagues took part in an Advantage teambuilding in Ghent, Belgium, a city known for its canals, medieval architecture, and vibrant local culture.

The group began their journey in Brussels, exploring highlights such as the Grand Place, the iconic Manneken Pis, and the colorful Comic Walls Route before continuing on to Ghent. Once there, participants settled into the historic Ghent Marriott Hotel and spent the weekend discovering the city through shared activities and good company.
A guided canal cruise offered a new perspective on the medieval surroundings, while the Beer & Chocolate Experience gave everyone a taste of Belgian craftsmanship and tradition. Between organized activities, participants enjoyed free time to explore Ghent’s cobblestone streets, cozy cafés, and welcoming atmosphere.
Evening dinners at Brasserie Pakhuis and Restaurant SGOL brought the group together for local cuisine and relaxed conversations. These informal gatherings gave colleagues the chance to connect across departments and strengthen relationships that support everyday collaboration.
