“We want to appear as one unified Omega entity externally, not as separate companies,” says Trine Halsnes, General Manager of Omega 365 Protek. “Through joint efforts in sales, marketing, and project deliveries, we can present ourselves as a cohesive and effective team when meeting our clients.”
Collaboration across disciplines
The collaboration spans all areas of expertise, with the goal of creating greater flexibility and access to the right competence across projects and disciplines.
“Consulting serves as a strategic partner that can provide specialist knowledge and strengthen our project teams in Protek when needed,” Halsnes explains, expressing her enthusiasm for the partnership.
Leon Dyngeland, General Manager of Omega 365 Consulting, sees great potential for the company’s development through the collaboration with Omega 365 Protek.
“We know that Omega 365 Protek will have needs that we can help meet, and we have many employees with valuable competence and experience that will benefit Omega 365 Protek,” Dyngeland says.
Both companies aim to build a collaboration that can adapt to growth and change, while supporting the development of both organizations over time.
Shared systems and a common platform
The fact that both companies use the Omega 365 platform as a shared work tool forms an important foundation for their collaboration. It will provide improved project visibility, smoother communication, and greater opportunities for collaboration.
Anders Lunde, Head of Marketing and Business Development, is pleased to have Omega 365 both as a daily work tool and as a product they can offer clients.
“For us, the Omega 365 system provides a shared platform for planning, reporting, and resource management, and, importantly, a more efficient use of capacity across the companies. At the same time, we can offer the software as part of our joint projects. That’s a major advantage,” Lunde says.
A strong total provider
To ensure a clear division of responsibilities, Omega 365 Protek will take the lead in managing the collaboration, in close dialogue with both Omega 365 Consulting and Omega 365 Software.
“This provides a clear structure for follow-up and decision-making, while also enabling good communication and coordination between all involved parties,” Halsnes says.
Through the collaboration, clients gain access to a broader range of services and a unified delivery model. Lunde hopes the companies will be seen as an attractive total provider in the market.
“Together, we can offer complete project deliveries where clients get everything they need in one place: a single point of contact, one team, and one project model. Protek has a strong in-house environment with multidisciplinary expertise within construction, civil engineering, and industry, while Consulting adds specialist competence and flexibility,” Lunde explains.
The result is a robust collaboration that enables efficient, high-quality project deliveries, backed by the combined strength of the entire Omega 365 organization.
“This collaboration is about standing stronger together. Our clients benefit from improved solutions, while we make the best possible use of our competence and resources. It’s a win-win for everyone involved,” Halsnes concludes.
